Thank you for choosing FashAlon. We strive to provide the best virtual try-on experience and want to ensure complete transparency regarding our refund and subscription policies.

Please read this policy carefully before making any purchases or subscription commitments.

1. Credit Package Refunds

✅ Eligible for Refund

You are eligible for a full refund if you have not utilized any creditsfrom your purchased package and request a refund within 14 days of purchase.

❌ Not Eligible for Refund

Once you have used any credits from your purchased package, the entire purchase becomes non-refundable. This includes partial credit usage.

Examples:

  • Purchased 100 credits and used 0 credits → Full refund available
  • Purchased 100 credits and used 1 credit → No refund available
  • Purchased 100 credits and used 50 credits → No refund available

2. Subscription Cancellation

🔄 Immediate Cancellation

You can cancel your subscription at any time. The cancellation will take effect at the end of your current billing period.

Cancellation Process:

  • Cancel anytime through your account settings
  • Continue to enjoy all subscription benefits until the end of your paid period
  • No automatic renewal after cancellation
  • No partial refunds for unused subscription time

Important Note:

Subscription fees are non-refundable after any credits or features have been used during the billing period.

3. How to Request a Refund or Cancel

For Credit Refunds

  • Go to Account Settings
  • Click "Purchase History"
  • Select the credit package
  • Click "Request Refund"
  • Submit your request

For Subscription Cancellation

  • Navigate to Subscription page
  • Click "Manage Subscription"
  • Select "Cancel Subscription"
  • Confirm cancellation
  • Receive confirmation email

Unauthorized Purchases
