Thank you for choosing FashAlon. We strive to provide the best virtual try-on experience and want to ensure complete transparency regarding our refund and subscription policies.
Please read this policy carefully before making any purchases or subscription commitments.
1. Credit Package Refunds
✅ Eligible for Refund
You are eligible for a full refund if you have not utilized any creditsfrom your purchased package and request a refund within 14 days of purchase.
❌ Not Eligible for Refund
Once you have used any credits from your purchased package, the entire purchase becomes non-refundable. This includes partial credit usage.
Examples:
- Purchased 100 credits and used 0 credits → Full refund available
- Purchased 100 credits and used 1 credit → No refund available
- Purchased 100 credits and used 50 credits → No refund available
2. Subscription Cancellation
🔄 Immediate Cancellation
You can cancel your subscription at any time. The cancellation will take effect at the end of your current billing period.
Cancellation Process:
- Cancel anytime through your account settings
- Continue to enjoy all subscription benefits until the end of your paid period
- No automatic renewal after cancellation
- No partial refunds for unused subscription time
Important Note:
Subscription fees are non-refundable after any credits or features have been used during the billing period.
3. How to Request a Refund or Cancel
For Credit Refunds
- Go to Account Settings
- Click "Purchase History"
- Select the credit package
- Click "Request Refund"
- Submit your request
For Subscription Cancellation
- Navigate to Subscription page
- Click "Manage Subscription"
- Select "Cancel Subscription"
- Confirm cancellation
- Receive confirmation email
4. Refund Processing
Refunds will be issued to the original payment method. Processing times may vary depending on your financial institution.
5. Exceptions & Special Cases
Technical Issues
If you experience technical issues that prevent you from using our service, please contact our support team before requesting a refund. We'll help resolve the issue and may offer credit compensation instead of refunds.
Unauthorized Purchases
If you believe a purchase was made fraudulently or without your authorization, contact us immediately at support@fashalon.comwith the transaction details.
